How do you change a rear turn signal on a 95 neon?

i cant find any way to take the old bulb outHow do you change a rear turn signal on a 95 neon?My wife used to have a Neon. It's been a while, but IIRC, there are carpet panels in the trunk that are 'velcro'd' to the rear corners. You should be able to see a handle where you can pull them off. Once you've done that, you should see the back of the tail light assembly where you can remove the bulb holder for replacement.
