How do i change the turn signal light in my 2001 volvo s40?

The bulb housing seems to be entirely enclosed inside the fender and the only way i can see to change it would be to remove the entire headlight assembly.... unless you have baby hands...is there another way?How do i change the turn signal light in my 2001 volvo s40?You probably have to unscrew the entire housing.
